Workforce Development for Safety Compliance in North Carolina
North Carolina currently faces a critical workforce gap in pipeline safety compliance, which is becoming increasingly evident as the state's energy infrastructure expands. The North Carolina Utilities Commission estimates that the increasing complexity of safety regulations necessitates a workforce that is not only skilled but also well-versed in the specific compliance requirements relevant to the pipeline sector.
